  There's nothing urgent about this office. I usually don't write reviews but this isn't the first time I've waited an abnormal length of time at this office. I could see if there are a lot of patients but that's not the case. Today I made an appointment at 4pm to try to avoid the long wait. Instead I ended up being at the office for over an hour and a half. Now when I walked in the office there was one other person who was taken about 10 min after I signed in. I was taken back at 4:15. I was not seen by the nurse practitioner until 5 pm! I heard the gentleman leave well before that. In the meantime I got to hear the nurse socialize with the receptionists while I sat waiting. I did not leave until 5:20 which of course was too late to pick up my prescription. Like I said, this is not the first time I've had to wait when there aren't many patients. The excuse this time was the sign in receptionist did not ear mark my file which supposedly tells the nurse I had an appointment. Far be it for me though to interrupt the peanut gallery from social hour while I sit waiting on a Sunday afternoon with a nasty sinus infection. Bottom line that office is horrible. I guess that's what you should expect from Auburn hospital anyway. I'd give zero stars if I could.

  This is the most horrible medical provider i have ever encountered in my life. They literally refused to make an appointment for my grandmother because I quote "well we dont know whats wrong with her". I am extremly upset and definitely need to let everyone know how unprofessional this is. I will be sure to write an offical letter as well. Keep this in mind if you ever think of going here. Just imagine a medical provider refusing to see you because they dont know whats wrong? I mean isnt that why you are going to the doctor to begin with??? Smh

  Awful experience. Woman at the desk to check-in was beyond rude. I was brought into a room and my blood pressure and temperature were taken, they told me my blood pressure was high. I asked if they could look into it because it's been high for awhile, they said we don't do that here. Sent me back to the waiting room for a few minutes then called me back in and put me in a room and told me it would be awhile. After an hour a PA came in, I told her and showed her what was wrong(large painful bruises on my legs, that have just started showing up within the past week). She brushed it off as if it wasn't of any importance. Told me they don't deal with that there and I would need to go to a different doctor. So I waited around an hour and a half to be told they don't deal with that and I need to go somewhere else. I will never return here again. Waste of time and incredibly careless staff. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
